School Caretaker - £22,737 to £23,893, Secondary School near Grantham.

Full time post: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Grade 3, Points 6-9 (£22,737 to £23,893 per annum on full time basis)

The start date for this position is as soon as possible after 3 January 2024 .


This school recruiting for an individual to join a busy Estates Team in January 2024.

The Estates Team Member role is a key post in respect of the general maintenance, cleanliness, safety and security at the School.

They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable applicant who will make a positive contribution to the presentation of the School buildings and grounds to staff, students, parents and the wider public.

During quiet hours and holidays the post holder will represent the School and as such they will be expected to maintain the very highest standards of personal turnout, conduct and attention to detail.

The role requires that the post holder is able to work flexible hours to accommodate occasional early and late days but generally the working day on a full time basis is likely to be 10.30 to 6.30 Monday to Thursday and 11.00 to 6.30 Friday.
