Support Worker - Westbury Park, Bristol - £24,606 - £26,582

Hourly Rate:  £11.83 - £12.78ph - Linked to experience and qualifications. 

Annual Salary: : £24,606.40 - £26,582.00 PLUS £1500 Welcome bonus*

Hours: 40 hours per week – (working to a 2 week rota pattern which typically includes working every other weekend) Overtime is also available.

The role/Key Duties:

As one of the support workers you’ll be supporting the young people with all aspects of their supported living (including personal care) and supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.

You will be working 1:1 with a resident on each shift where you will have the freedom to plan their day in line with their choices and wishes, enabling them to be as independent as possible, seeing them thrive and enjoying making memories.
