We are UK trained teachers, school governors and parents
believing that we can make a positive difference in
schools, colleges, apprenticeship training organisations and universities today.
Integritas was founded by Alisdair Adams - Managing Director.
Alisdair is a UK qualified teacher and school governor.
He has taught in mainstream and SEN schools in London and also spent time teaching abroad.
Integritas is supported by Major Recruitment.

Integritas and Major have the freedom to make their own decisions and decide what their future will be.
"I have led and founded successful education recruitment businesses for over 15 years. My teaching career at Hatton School in Redbridge, London was especially rewarding.
As the owner of Integritas I pride myself in leading an ethical, cost effective recruitment business that can assist in education/academic recruitment whilst operating within an organisation's financial framework and DfE guidelines.
Too many agencies charge exorbitant fees, send over completely unsuitable CVs and bombard HR staff with unwanted sales calls, marketing and emails.
Integritas will never do that.
Although I specialise in recruiting Executive and Leadership candidates nationally, many of my Headteachers and HR Directors entrust Integritas to recruit all levels of staff from Caretakers, Administrators, Business Managers, IT staff and Teachers/Lecturers through to their SLT.
I have had the privilege of working with a CEO of a large London Trust and their 50 academies for over over 8 years, recruiting staff at all levels.
We will provide your organisation with referee details of clients that have been working with us for many years.
In my free time I enjoy walks in the Peak District and acting singing in and directing plays and musicals.
Integritas invests in The Arts and LGBT+ events
"Until recently I was 26 years in policing, 21 years in The Met and 5 years in South Yorkshire. In that time I spent a great deal of my working days directing and supporting officers as a dispatcher.
Later I became a specialist technical investigator which gave me a chance to flex my training muscles when I would travel around anywhere I was needed to deliver my own training sessions on getting the most out of my department, the technical data we supplied and supporting major investigations to get the best outcome.
Along the way I also gained a degree in Psychology, Criminology and Maths, and a CELTA.
Prior to policing, I worked primarily in hospitality including two companies supplying catering equipment to Central London restaurants and hotels.
My customers were the likes of the young Gordon Ramsay, (who is nothing like his TV persona) Marco Pierre-White, Gary Rhodes, Raymond Blanc.
In my spare time I love Sci-Fi, gardening, cooking, and exploring the Lake District fells in my car “Paddington”. email: firstname.lastname@example.org
