Alisdair is a UK qualified teacher and has been a school governor.
He taught in mainstream & SEN schools within London and also spent time teaching abroad.

Major was established in 1992 and being an independent business, doesn't answer to shareholders.

I manage one of our key accounts, a Trust with over 28 SEN schools across the UK.
Having a business management degree informs my recruitment process.
Previously I worked in real estate and property where I learnt how to assist clients - both buyers and sellers.
Earlier in my career I worked in the Early Years sector, in Nurseries and I thoroughly enjoyed it
A fun fact ....... I speak Spanish, French and Portuguese and I love the outdoors.
I enjoy meeting new people and I adore.... "la comida" (the food).
Recruitment is an industry I am extremely passionate about, because I love connecting talented people with amazing opportunities.
In particular education recruitment, is a profession that I feel uniquely positioned to succeed in.
At the weekends, I volunteer as an Islamic School Teacher teaching young people aged 5-16 years about their religion.
I do this because teaching is a fulfilling job that makes me feel content!
I use this enthusiasm to fuel my passion in my recruitment role.
A fun fact about me - I adore cats!

She gives us all plenty of cuddles and love - and will eat your lunch if you leave your desk for a nano second!
Katie advises and supports Integritas as the Group Managing Director of Major Recruitment Ltd, a multi-sector recruitment group with several associated brands.
Since joining the group in 2011 Katie has worked her way to the top by developing and growing the people around her and driving the business forward with process and operational improvements.
Having founded Major Recruitment Ltd in 1992, he has since grown and developed multiple businesses.
